Procurement Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end procurement processes with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Validate Purchase Requisitions: Ensure all purchase requisitions meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times in our procurement processes.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of delayed purchase orders and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Support Cost Reduction Initiatives: Collaborate with the procurement team to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective vendor selection strategies.
  • Oversee Procurement Team: Provide guidance and support to a team of procurement professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as supply chain management or business administration.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in procurement operations and sourcing, with at least 3 years of experience in managing teams.
  • Skills: Strong communication and client service skills, with experience using eProcurement tools like Ariba, SAP, or Oracle.
