We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to facilitate the approval of IT procurement projects and ensure adherence to Group Procurement Policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the facilitation of IT procurement projects for internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze and process procurement requests, contributing to the continuous improvement of operations through defined service level agreements.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders globally for IT procurement operations.
  • Provide procurement services to business units within the organization.
  • Assist in sourcing and vendor comparison analyses.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, handle payment queries, and rectify discrepancies.
  • Maintain a repository of vendor contracts, procurement documentation, and invoices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Procurement Analyst or similar position.
  • Solid understanding of IT industry procurements (hardware, software, services & telecom).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Working experience in vendor management.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting practices and procurement/payment related tools and processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English.
