Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead high-priority projects from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will ensure all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget while providing leadership and driving delivery of projects with the highest standards of quality, cost, and timeline.

  • Project Leadership: Lead large-scale and complex projects, managing teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and costs are controlled.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client & Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Communication: Regularly report project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring they remain motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Project Management Expertise: Expertise in SAP also Strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
