Financial Professional
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting entries, including journal vouchers, payment/receipt entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Reconcile client ledgers, broker accounts, bank statements, and depository records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, profit and loss, and balance sheet.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances relevant to the broking industry.
- Support audits (statutory, internal, and regulatory audits).
- Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for accounting-related queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for reporting and audit purposes.
Requirements:
- CA intern / CA / Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 2+ years of accounting experience (preferably in a stock broking / financial services company).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
