Financial Management and Administrative Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Management and Administrative Professional to join our organization at an executive level.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    • Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
    • Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, including filing of returns and documentation.
    • Manage invoicing, payment schedules, and ensure timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
    • Assist audits and support the company's compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic records, ensuring documents are accessible and organized.
    • Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication.
    • Manage conference meetings and other events.
    • Assist with employee queries, maintain records of leave and attendance, and support HR functions as required.
    • Provide administrative support to the senior management team and assist in other duties as assigned.
