Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing key relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities in chemicals, pharma, agro, auto components, FMCG, and e-commerce industries.
  • Develop strong relationships with purchase managers, supply chain heads, and plant managers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and identify growth areas.
  • Achieve sales targets by closing long-term contracts with clients.
  • Promote our portfolio of industrial packaging solutions.
  • Conduct packaging audits for clients to highlight cost-saving opportunities.
  • Represent us at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
  • Coordinate with operations, design, and logistics teams to deliver customized packaging solutions.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and forecast pipelines to management.
