As a seasoned Technical Project Manager, you will drive technical excellence across distributed engineering squads. This role requires experience in software engineering with full-stack development exposure and 5+ years in engineering/project management in distributed/global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple India-based squads (contract and full-time) to deliver cloud-based software solutions.
  • Cross-Shore Collaboration: Align priorities with U.S. engineering and product leaders to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Technical Planning & Execution: Translate business requirements into scalable solutions with architects and senior engineers.
  • Agile Delivery Management: Oversee project lifecycle: planning, backlog grooming, estimation, sprint execution, and release coordination.
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails, Python/Django, AWS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, RESTful API design, Git, and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among global teams.
