Senior Middleware Platform Engineer Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Manager to lead middleware platform engineering initiatives with a strong focus on AUTOSAR-based software architecture and integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain robust middleware architecture aligned with AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive platforms.
  • Lead development and integration of Basic Software (BSW), MCAL, ECU Abstraction, and Service Layer modules for scalable platform solutions.
  • Oversee configuration and integration using tools such as Vector DaVinci Developer/Configurator, EB Tresos, and Elektrobit.
  • Evaluate and ensure platform adherence to ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity standards.
  • Drive transition to service-oriented architectures and Adaptive AUTOSAR for high-performance computing platforms.

This role is central to delivering scalable, safe, and compliant embedded software platforms for next-generation automotive systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive, embedded systems, and automotive compliance frameworks, along with proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration and team development.

The successful candidate will have experience in AUTOSAR-based software architecture and integration, as well as a strong understanding of embedded systems. Additionally, they will be skilled in configuration and integration using various tools, and able to evaluate and ensure platform adherence to relevant standards. They will also be responsible for leading the development and integration of Basic Software (BSW), MCAL, ECU Abstraction, and Service Layer modules, and overseeing their configuration and integration.
