Key Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for driving the implementation of a site excellence master plan. They will work closely with the leadership team to set objectives and priorities, and lead the change management processes.

The role involves coordinating all departments to work together in implementing best practices, leading and supporting teams in developing their capabilities, and coaching managers to produce results through these practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer Goods manufacturing & Process Improvement.
  • A degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or an MBA.
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence principles.
  • Focus on Process Improvement, Waste Reduction, Efficiency Optimization & Problem Solving Skills.
  • Strong influencing skill to persuade senior stakeholders that investments in improvement plans will deliver results.
  • Effective relationship management to achieve world class performance outcomes.

  • Implement regular communications to drive engagement and momentum for site excellence initiatives.
  • Support task forces and shift based teams in deploying site excellence through their regular meetings and communication of activities.
