Site Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Construction Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at our civil construction sites.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As a Site Engineer, you will work closely with project teams, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
- Ensure on-site activities adhere to design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflows.
- Oversee materials, equipment, and resources to guarantee timely project completion.
- Conduct site inspections, assess potential risks, and implement safety measures to prevent accidents.
- Document daily project activities, progress, and any changes in project scope to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Provide technical support for on-site construction teams and resolve issues promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in civil or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to motivate team members and drive project success.
- Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments and make decisions quickly.
