Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled trainer with expertise in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service to design and deliver high-quality training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Training Sessions: Develop instructor-led training sessions on Oracle RMCS, focusing on practical applications and real-world scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content, incorporating their insights and expertise into the training program.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrate proven experience in training and development, preferably in a cloud-based platform, with a track record of delivering successful training programs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability: Show ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, remaining flexible and responsive to the needs of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud-Based Platform Experience: Familiarity with Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service and experience working with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is highly desirable.
