Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
    - Respond to and follow up on all inbound leads generated through marketing efforts.
    - Build and maintain strong client relationships via Zoom, phone, emails, and other communication platforms.
  • Client Support:
    - Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded clients and ensure smooth delivery of services.
    - Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high communication standards and responsiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    - Coordinate with internal teams to align on client expectations and ensure timely execution.
    - Monitor project progress and communicate updates clearly using project management tools and regular check-ins.
  • Revenue Growth:
    - Track, measure, and report revenue performance for assigned accounts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    - Contribute to a high client retention rate by consistently delivering on timelines and maintaining transparency.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience:
    - Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills:
    - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking:
    - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work setup.
