SAP Rollout Coordinator

Job Description

Main tasks:

  • Coordinate and drive all rollout-related activities for the SAP SD/TM/FT module for a defined rollout location, ensuring efficient and compliant implementation.
  • Guarantee a successful rollout at the site for the SAP module, including Kick-Off, FitToTemplate, and System-Test sessions.
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Act as a single point of contact for data migration, coordinating with IT teams and ensuring seamless data transfer.
  • Operate JIRA to track development progress and write user stories to define business requirements.
  • Coordinate data migration actions, validate migrated data in test and production systems, and execute cutover planning.
  • Train local key users, building training plans for end users and power users, and establish a constant exchange between key users, power users, and location leads.
  • Coordinate the rollout of CT tools, ensuring close exchange with BA, country, and location teams.
  • Represent the rollout lead as needed and gain process overview for respective SAP modules.

Requirements

We are looking for:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a comparable field with several years of practical experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in the SAP environment for at least one relevant SAP module.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a multinational environment.
  • Successful realization of at least one global or regional project.
  • Leadership and change management skills.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration.
  • Good SAP knowledge for the respective SAP module.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • English fluency in speaking and writing.

Additional Information

Project Management

Apply concepts for a proper SAP rollout, ensuring timely and efficient implementation. Implement SAP SD/TM/FT as a member of the project team, attend design, test, and Go Live support sessions. Ensure proper Kick-Off, FitToTemplate, and Test Session for the respective SAP Module. Act as a single point of contact for all data migration questions for the respective SAP Module. Drive and execute cutover planning. Operate JIRA to steer the development of the referring IT teams and write the user story to define the business requirements.

People Management

Act as an ambassador of the entire IMp@CT Team (Core Team & Rollout Team). Ensure a high knowledge level of local key users. Balance workload within the teams.

Networking

Identify and frequently exchange with major stakeholders/influencers. Act as a single point of contact for all local tasks.

Knowledge Management

Ongoing refresh of own knowledge about SAP Standards and Customizing within ContiTech. Ensure utilization of lessons learned. Coordinate the train-the-trainer concept.

Business Consulting

Consulting to define the Best Of Standard SAP Business Process and referring Transactions & SAP Fiori Apps for a Product Group per Region. Support and consult the local plant in questions or problems related to the SAP S4 rollout. Act as the primary contact for SAP rollout-related questions. Ensure documentation of SAP rollout activities. Guide the local team during all project phases (Kick-Off - HyperCare).

IT Strategy

Ongoing refresh of own knowledge about the IT Roadmap. Ensure realization of prioritized Projects according to the IT Roadmap.
