Job Title

A Business Analyst Position in Travel and Expense Management.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team and lead the implementation of new processes and systems related to travel and expense management.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with expertise in process improvement and system analysis to drive business outcomes and enhance customer experience.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing business requirements and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Designing and implementing new processes and systems to support travel and expense management.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Providing training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of new processes and systems and making recommendations for further improvement.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
