Senior Operations Manager - Contingent Workforce Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Contingent Workforce Specialist to lead our workforce operations team under the Contingent Workforce Program. This role is critical in ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, managing ticket queues, and maintaining operational excellence through service level agreement adherence and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end worker lifecycle management
  • Onboarding and offboarding workflows management, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • SNOW ticket queue monitoring and timely resolution within SLA
  • Team leadership and mentoring

Operational Excellence:

  • SLA adherence and process optimization
  • Process gap identification and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams for streamlined operations

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Operational report generation and analysis for performance tracking and SLA adherence
  • Insight presentation and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Internal and external stakeholder communication and coordination
  • HR, IT, and vendor partner collaboration for smooth workforce execution

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program or operations management, preferably in contingent workforce or HR operations
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
