Wellness Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wellness Coordinator to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and manage their appointments with care and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding pricing, package options, and payment processes.
  • Coordinate schedules, sessions, and follow-ups in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle basic billing and payments with accuracy and transparency.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A warm and organized individual fluent in English and Hindi is required for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively via phone, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets.
  • 1–3 years of experience in wellness, hospitality, or clinics is preferred but not essential.
