Artist Management Position

We are seeking a skilled and organized Artist Manager to play a key role in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies, including campaign setup, talent selection, and timeline management.
  • Collaborate with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Support in identifying and engaging with potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before publishing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability to align with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and influencer strengths.
  • Support senior management in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and onboard new talent, and manage high-potential creators, supporting their growth, career success, and industry trends alignment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with talent through regular communication and prompt issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in artist/influencer management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
