Lead UI Developer - React

Spearhead front-end development teams in building high-performance, scalable web applications using React.js and modern UI/UX design standards.

  • Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding best practices to a team of React developers.
  • Architect and implement reusable, high-quality UI components and libraries in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define and deliver new features with seamless API integrations.
  • Participate in technical decision-making and front-end architecture, optimizing for performance, responsiveness, and maintainability.
  • Oversee testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, ensuring high code quality and conventions are followed.
  • Define and maintain front-end tooling and CI/CD pipelines using Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and version control systems like Git.
  • Stay current with evolving industry trends in front-end development, especially within the React ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 3 years focused on React.js and state management tools (Redux or Context API).
  • Strong command of modern UI technologies: React Hooks, REST APIs, responsive/adaptive design, cross-browser compatibility.
  • Extensive experience with tools and workflows like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, Git, and testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
