Job Summary

The SAP S/4HANA Project Lead will be responsible for the delivery of business transformation initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.

This role involves streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and drive long-term growth.

About This Role:
  • Leverage strong project management skills to lead SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation to delivery, focusing on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee system testing, pre-go-live readiness, cutover, and post-go-live support to ensure successful delivery with minimal disruption.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, driving adoption of resolutions across business and IT teams.
  • Lead process mapping, documentation, and compliance management in accordance with industry standards.
  • Support integration efforts with third-party systems and interface solutions.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to technical and business teams.
  • Act as an investigative lead, analyzing system or process issues and driving structured solutions.
  • Ensure effective project governance, reporting, and communication with all stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, with expertise in regulated environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with experience in commercial business flows and integration projects.
  • Familiarity with RISE with SAP migrations and upgrades.
  • Experience managing third-party integration projects and interface solutions.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation management, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to deliver training and support knowledge adoption across business and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to provide structured resolutions.
  • Good to have: Experience with SAP WM or EWM implementations or support.
