Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPQ Technical Consultant to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, development, and integration of SAP CPQ with multiple enterprise platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performance CPQ solutions that support global Lead-to-Order processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Development & Customization
  • Configure and customize SAP CPQ to meet complex business requirements.
  • Develop custom UI using responsive templates, KnockoutJS, Bootstrap, and other frameworks.
  • Implement pricing logic, advanced workflows, and guided selling capabilities.
  • Build and extend CPQ APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems.
  • Create custom scripts and automations using Python, C#, IronPython.
  • Integration
  • Integrate SAP CPQ with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and non-SAP applications.
  • Develop integration components for real-time and batch data exchange.
  • Work on Quote 1.0 to Quote 2.0 migration projects ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • DevOps & Deployment
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for SAP CPQ deployments.
  • Manage environment setup, code promotion, and release management.
  • Support global rollouts, ensuring compliance with localization and language requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to gather requirements.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations, training sessions, and knowledge transfers.
  • Provide technical consultancy and recommendations to improve business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in SAP CPQ development, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Order and Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Proven experience with Quote 1.0 to Quote 2.0 migration.
  • Full-stack development expertise:
  • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, KnockoutJS, Bootstrap
  • Backend/Scripting: Python, C#, IronPython
  • Strong understanding of SAP CPQ APIs and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, version control (Git).
  • Industry knowledge in manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SAP S/4HANA/ECC data models.
  • Experience with cloud deployment models (Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of performance optimization, security best practices, and code quality standards.
  • Exposure to global deployment strategies and multi-language/localization.
