Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Specialist to join our team at Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Design and deliver training programs for new and existing employees to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and resources tailored to the team's needs and client requirements.
  • Monitor and assess trainee progress, providing feedback and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to understand team needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

Training & Development

We require a trainer who can conduct sessions on various verticals such as:

  • Travel
  • BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)
  • Healthcare
  • Logistics

The ideal candidate will also be able to:

  • Conduct refresher training and process updates to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear and thorough process training for agents.

Team Collaboration

The Senior Training Specialist will work closely with Team Leaders and Managers to:

  • Understand team needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
  • Share insights and feedback from training sessions to enhance team performance and ensure consistency in service delivery.

Performance Monitoring

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Working with managers to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted training initiatives.

Client & Process Understanding

The Senior Training Specialist must stay up-to-date on client requirements, expectations, and service delivery processes to ensure training is aligned with real-time needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 2+ years in the BPO sector.
  • Prior experience in training roles or delivering training sessions in any of the following verticals: Travel, BFSI, Healthcare, Logistics.
  • Current role: Must be currently working in a BPO as a Trainer or similar position, with hands-on experience in managing teams.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to develop training content and adapt materials to suit different learning styles.
  • Experience with e-learning tools and training software is a plus.

Leadership & Coaching:

  • Ability to inspire, coach, and guide employees to improve their skills and performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and engage trainees.

Analytical & Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify training gaps and offer solutions.

Qualifications:

A Graduate degree is required.
