Job Role: Manual Tester

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the role of a skilled Manual Tester, focused on delivering high-quality products through rigorous testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze product requirements to define acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless integration with development teams.
  • Develop and maintain reusable test scripts to optimize testing efficiency.
  • Execute manual testing to identify defects and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues in a timely manner, promoting effective communication.

Fundamental Qualifications and Abilities:

  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong desire to gain experience in testing, with a focus on delivering quality results.
  • Prior experience in developing automated test scripts using Selenium is highly desirable, along with practical knowledge of AGILE and Waterfall development methodologies.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in manual testing is required, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Necessary Skills and Qualities:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment, with flexibility to adapt to tight deadlines when necessary.
