Job Title

A Data Accessibility Lead is required to drive the enterprise-wide strategy for enabling secure, governed, and scalable access to data. The role will lead cross-functional teams responsible for managing data lifecycle, enforcing data quality standards, and implementing modern governance tooling.

  • Set the strategic direction for enterprise data accessibility.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of data governance tools to manage metadata, lineage, and data policies.
  • Champion enterprise adoption of semantic and technical metadata practices for improved discoverability and data use.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in data operations, data governance, or data quality management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership capacity.
  • Strong hands-on and strategic experience with Collibra or similar data governance platforms, cloud platforms, enterprise data warehouses, AI/ML model lifecycle support, and MLOps integration.
