Job Title: Senior Data Engineering Professional

We are seeking an exceptional data expert to drive our data engineering initiatives forward. As a key team member, you will be responsible for spearheading the design, development, and optimization of large-scale data projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of our data practice.
  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines for massive structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Implement ETL/ELT processes using SQL and modern big data frameworks.
  • Work with cutting-edge data platforms to enable seamless data integration, transformation, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with architects and governance leads to ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance.
  • Apply advanced big data processing concepts (e.g., partitioning, distributed compute, streaming/batch data flows).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Able to lead data engineering projects from inception to delivery, utilizing effective communication skills to engage non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fundamental understanding of data modeling to link data entities effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, optimization, stored procedures).
  • Solid grasp of big data processing (distributed computing, Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake concepts, data partitioning, schema evolution).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud data ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps practices (CI/CD, Git, automation tools).
