Research Management Associate

The Data Management Group (DMG) is a key component of our research vertical, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality and accuracy of our research content.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • We are seeking a Research Management Associate to join our team in Data Management Group.
    • As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and scaling a best-in-class research team with a remit to own the updates process for multiple regions globally.
    • You will identify best practices to drive continuous efficiency and process improvements, and ensure the highest quality standards of financial, market and business research on our platform.
    • Your role will entail reviewing updates executed by your team, identifying quality issues, and addressing them through trainings or other means.
    • You will also support the hiring of research analysts to meet the group's headcount and content targets, and foster a culture of continuous learning and personal and professional growth within the team.
    • Additionally, you will continuously identify and own improvement opportunities, executing data improvement initiatives in the DMG group, and identifying technical initiatives to automate workflow even further.
