Job Title: Research Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced research executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading research projects from start to finish, including designing and implementing research methodologies, analyzing data, and communicating findings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting proposals that adhere to project briefs and follow pre-requisites for study objectives;
  • Deciding on the research approach and methodology, incorporating elements such as sample plans and research design;
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to inform research recommendations;
  • Communicating research findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other channels;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and develop research strategies;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, sociology, psychology, or economics;
  • At least 5 years of experience in research roles, preferably in a consulting or academic setting;
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
