Job Opportunity in Finance and Accounting

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the positions of PTP RTR and OTC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PTP: Process invoices, manage payments and banking, resolve vendor queries, handle employee expenses, reconcile statements, clear vendors, and generate monthly reports.
  • OTC: Manage cash applications and allocations, understand credit management, follow up on credit insurance, forecast cash flows, approve orders, and generate monthly reports.
  • RTR: Process journal entries, reconcile balance sheets, complete month-end tasks and reporting, manage fixed assets, and maintain inventory records.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of education and 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes.
  • Perform day-to-day Accounts Payable activities with speed and accuracy.
  • Follow documented procedures, understand client processes, work collaboratively as part of a team, and possess good communication and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrate sound analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Understand relevant F&A processes.
  • Exhibit strong customer orientation.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on working knowledge of SAP.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.

Preparation for Assessment and Interview:

  • Classification of accounting, key accounting concepts, fundamental accounting assumptions, and accounting policies.
  • Types of accounts, double-entry system.
  • Journal entries, posting to ledger, preparation of trial balance.
  • Subsidiary books.
  • Rectification of errors.
  • Adjusting entries.
  • Bank and balance sheet account reconciliation.
  • Inventory valuation.
  • Fixed assets, depreciation, sale of assets.
  • Preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash flow).
  • Ratio analysis.
