Drive the adoption of innovations and redefining value delivery to clients. As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex finance & accounting blueprints with multiple countries/regions in scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead RFX submissions for new customers.
  • Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise.
  • Lead business meetings with potential new clients for sales cycles, pitching proposed solutions to client executives and convincing leadership in selecting Genpact as the primary service provider.
  • As an architect of finance & accounting solutions, once Genpact has been downselected, lead work through due diligence to implement the plan and support transition.
  • Refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of the Knowledge Management framework, including industry-specific nuances, best practices, case studies creation, and release, benchmarking.
  • Focus on managing project engagement specifically balancing organization profit and long-term client opportunity.
  • Coordinate with teams on various project management-related activities.
  • Review solutioning projects delivered by Practice/Re-engineering/Operations SMEs.
  • Develop product offerings in line with industry changes, including optimum solution offerings and digital offerings to support solution design.
  • Work closely with global counterparts from all regions to attain standardization and improvement in product offerings.
  • Lead Digital SEP projects implementation.
  • Keep current on IFRS, GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other industry-specific policies and regulations.
  • Perform regular evaluations of team members' performance and identify training requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum years of experience in a relevant field and relevant companies, out of which solid experience in people & project management.
  • Strong project and people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University graduate with relevant studies.
  • Professional qualification and/or experience in technical accounting sphere represents an advantage.

Build strategic relationships with peers from operations and operating leaders, facilitate goals and objectives, and be open to extensive travel.
