Job Description:

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic, operational and technical GRC initiatives across the organization.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing risk, compliance and governance teams, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow GRC modules. They will be able to lead and manage the GRC team strategically and operationally, and provide technical leadership and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform architecture.

  • Lead and manage the GRC team strategically and operationally
  • Act as primary contact for central risk and compliance functions
  • Define KPIs, ensure audit-readiness and manage the GRC roadmap
  • Provide technical leadership and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform architecture
  • Oversee integrations, platform scalability and security
  • Collaborate with enterprise platform and security teams
  • Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Audit, Policy, Risk, Compliance)
  • Translate business requirements into workflows
  • Support testing, training and go-live activities
  • Align implementations with regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR)
  • Maintain risk registers, control libraries and policy documentation
  • Support audits, evidence collection and control testing
  • Generate dashboards and reports (e.g., risk heatmaps)
  • Liaise with business units on control responsibilities

The role requires excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Experience in GRC, risk management, compliance or related fields is highly desirable, and familiarity with ServiceNow GRC modules is an advantage.
