About the Job

The Associate Business Head will be responsible for leading sales, marketing, and academic teams to drive business growth. This key role involves owning and delivering center-level admission targets, planning and executing strategies to maximize student enrollments, driving revenue growth, and building a culture of teamwork and high performance.

This position requires a strong leader who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, leadership skills, and expertise in BTL/field marketing & lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and delivering center-level admission targets for JEE & NEET divisions
  • Planning and executing strategies to maximize student enrollments
  • Driving revenue growth by aligning sales, marketing, and academic teams
  • Leading Sales Executives, Marketing Managers, and Center Teams
  • Building a culture of teamwork, discipline, and high performance
  • Designing and executing BTL campaigns (school/college tie-ups, seminars, roadshows, education fairs, scholarship tests, kiosks, community events)
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned centers
Requirements:
  • 6+ years in Sales & Marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience in EdTech, K-12 Education, Test Prep, FMCG, BFSI, or Telecom
  • Expertise in BTL/field marketing & lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
  • Proven track record of achieving sales/admissions targets
