Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer Lead to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform development. As a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Leverage your technical expertise to lead the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead by example, mentor and coach other developers to strengthen their skills.
  • Foster T-Shaping and capability growth within the team.
  • Have a Zero Trust mindset to ensure secure and compliant solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Apps Developer Associate.
