**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Apps Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Design, Develop, and Deploy Custom Business Applications: Utilize Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps) to create scalable and user-friendly solutions.
  • Automate Workflows and Processes: Leverage Power Automate to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and Manage Data Models: Collaborate with data stakeholders to design and implement effective data models using Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint lists.
  • Integrate Power Apps Solutions: Integrate Power Apps applications with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Teams, and external data sources/APIs.
  • User Experience Expertise: Ensure UI/UX best practices for scalable and user-friendly app designs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Power Apps applications.
  • Governance and Security: Implement governance, security, and compliance standards within the Power Platform.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and reusable components.
