We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in data analytics, visualization dashboard development and database management to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in program management, data analytics and BI solutions. They will be responsible for leading end-to-end program management for pharma data analytics initiatives, defining KPIs and ensuring project milestones are achieved.

Key responsibilities include designing and overseeing the development of scalable pharma data models and databases, as well as driving the creation of interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data analytics or a related field, with an MBA or master's preferred. They will also have at least 4 years of experience in program management, data analytics or BI solutions, with strong expertise in BI tools and hands-on experience with databases.
