Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the Design Lead will be responsible for reviewing and executing engineering activities for civil and structural aspects of Solar PV Power Plants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and be able to facilitate the development of BIM 3D models for PV Solar Power plants.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and execute engineering activities for civil and structural aspects of Solar PV Power Plants
  • Facilitate the development of BIM 3D models for PV Solar Power plants
  • Covering full cycle of works from pre-bid engineering to commissioning and O&M


Requirements:

The Design Lead will require the following skills and qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • 8-20 years of experience in design aspects of Solar PV Power Plants/Power Distribution Projects
  • Technical expertise in Engineering activities for civil and structural covering control room buildings, transformer foundations, outdoor equipment foundations, inverter rooms, grading, roads and drainage, outdoor steel structures and miscellaneous works related to the Solar Power Plant


Additional Requirements:

  • Able to multitask and deliver multiple things on time
  • Estimate and plan man-hour requirements
  • Capable of reviewing vendor deliverables pertaining to Engineering
