Job Role: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and execution of account plans.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasts, and progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple key accounts and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
