Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Communications Specialist to play a pivotal role in our creative team. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with our team to develop innovative design solutions for advertising campaigns across various channels and formats.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing creatives that meet clients' needs and standards. You will also be responsible for creating reusable templates and design guidelines that can be easily adapted for future campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong skills in graphic design fundamentals, including aesthetics, conceptual skills, layout, typography, line composition, color theory, and more. Experience with key design-related software like Adobe Creative Cloud is essential.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop design solutions for advertising campaigns.
  • Designing high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing creatives that meet clients' needs and standards.
  • Creating reusable templates and design guidelines that can be easily adapted for future campaigns.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • Experience in an ad agency or similar environment, with an impressive portfolio showcasing design skills and experience in creating ad banners for different channels and formats.
  • A strong eye for aesthetics and conceptual skills with a high sense of design, illustration, layout, typography, line composition, color theory, and other graphic design fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with key design-related software like Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and website graphics.
  • A portfolio that proves passion for creating beautiful and engaging creatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Experience in motion graphics, animation, UI/UX design, or related areas.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
