Senior Process Manager Job Description
The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Process Manager to lead our process improvement initiatives.

  • This is a senior-level role that requires at least 12-15 years of experience in business process analysis, project management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of business processes across various functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new processes.
  • Maintaining and updating existing processes to ensure they remain effective and efficient.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Certifications such as LEAN or Six Sigma.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Expertise in using Excel or other analytical tools to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Proven experience in business process efficiency, automation, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret complex data, and identify root causes to help solve problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL v3/v4, TQM, or ISO 9000:2000.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques.
