
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team.
- This role involves providing administrative support to our stores and office.
- You will be responsible for vendor management, procurement, and inventory control.
- A strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills are essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be proactive, and organized in their approach to multitasking.

Responsibilities:
- Vendor management, vendor payments and related MIS.
- Create a positive experience by being responsible for end-to-end administrative support to stores and office.
- Responsible for maintenance AMC, pest control, service & repair.
- Oversee and coordinate events.
- Travel management.
- Inventory management of supplies and assets.
- Manage HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants to ensure a hygienic workplace and smooth operations.
- Responsible for Procurement, PO, GRN, Invoice processing.
- Recommend cost-saving options.
- Procuring/renewal of admin-related licenses and MIS.
- Audit the workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organised approach to multitasking.
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Willing to travel within and outside Bangalore.
