Job Title: Senior Social Media Team Manager

This is a high-level position that requires a motivated individual to lead the creation and execution of social media strategies aimed at increasing followers and engagement across various platforms. Effective strategy development involves researching competitive environments, identifying key messaging and audience needs, and executing compelling content plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies by conducting thorough competitor research, determining optimal platforms, benchmarking results, creating effective messaging and audience identification.
  • Design, create, publish, and share daily content, including original text, images, video or HTML, to foster meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action.
  • Configure and optimize company pages on multiple platforms to enhance visibility and reach for the company's social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in accordance with moderation policies for each community to maintain a positive environment.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Continuously improve social media efforts by capturing and analyzing relevant social data metrics, insights and best practices, and implementing changes based on this information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage online reputation, identify influencers, and coordinate strategic actions.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in social media with expertise in LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Experience using social media management and project management tools such as Oktopost and Workfront.
  • Proficient in major social media platforms and management tools.
  • Skilled in planning and optimizing social media campaigns for engagement and brand awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting social media metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and developing teams with excellent communication and project management skills.
