Key Responsibilities:- Design high-quality graphics for social media, ads, and marketing materials
- Collaborate closely with content teams to ensure seamless workflow and consistency across all platforms
- Manage deadlines, design quality, and workflow while bringing new ideas to elevate visuals and improve creative systems
- Deliver 60-80 high-quality social media graphics per month
- Average 1-3 revision rounds per design
- 100% file delivery with correct naming and format
- Consistent adaptation to new formats, brand tones, and platform needs
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create clean, modern designs for social media
- Organized file management, proper naming conventions, version control, and folder structure
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
- Comfortable using project management tools like Trello, Airtable, and Google Drive
- Basic skills in motion graphics or animation for reels and stories
