Job Description:

The role involves driving strategic initiatives to enhance profitable growth across the organization. It entails collaborating with C-Suite stakeholders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring successful delivery of key strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to secure effective buy-in and resource allocation
  • Design and implement target operating models, aligning with organizational objectives
  • Develop detailed program roadmaps, outlining resources, outcomes, schedules, costs, assumptions, dependencies, and business integration plans
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in design and delivery, providing guidance and support to the wider business
  • Foster effective relationships with senior business partners and vendors, facilitating timely decision-making and trade-offs
  • Ensure transparent communication of progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in designing and implementing changes to operating models
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager leading large, complex programs across matrix structured organizations
  • Proven track record in managing implementation with teams across different locations
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and ability to drive sustainable changes
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to guide, influence, and convince colleagues and external stakeholders

  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Relevant program management qualification
  • Experience in Employee Benefits / Pensions / Investments or HR Consulting business and solutions is highly desirable
