Project Engineering Specialist

The role involves developing detailed engineering designs and drawings for thermal projects. Key responsibilities include creating accurate and compliant design inputs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, conducting technical reviews to identify design improvements and optimize project performance, guiding junior team members to enhance their skills, communicating design updates and addressing technical issues through project meetings and discussions, maintaining adherence to industry standards and regulations throughout the design process, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing precise and conformant design inputs for project requirements
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project delivery
- Conducting in-depth technical reviews to identify design enhancements and optimize project execution
- Providing guidance and support to junior colleagues to improve their competencies
- Communicating design updates and addressing technical issues through regular project meetings and discussions
- Maintaining strict adherence to industry standards and regulations throughout the design process
- Contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and efficiency
- Strong knowledge of thermal power plant design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant tools
