About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter - US Market to join our team at ExcelGens, Inc. in Gurgaon, India. As a US IT Recruitment Professional, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing top tech talent for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing IT Talent: Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools to find candidates for a variety of tech roles, including developers, engineers, and data scientists.
  • Track Recruitment Data: Manage candidate information and recruitment progress using Microsoft Office and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure that all candidate data is organized and up-to-date for reporting and analysis.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Take ownership of the recruitment process, from screening resumes and interviewing candidates to scheduling interviews and extending job offers.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with US-based hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on IT or technical roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends, including AI, software development, and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency with Tools: Familiarity with job search platforms and other sourcing tools. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking data and generating reports.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Night Shift Readiness: Comfortable working US business hours (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM) and staying productive during these hours.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
