  • We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing and Contract Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in procurement, contract management, and IT infrastructure acquisition. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing complex contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and providing strategic guidance on procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing and contract management plans to meet business objectives.

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify top suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

• Manage contractual relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to SLAs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define RFP templates, procurement models, and evaluation frameworks for large-scale IT projects.

• Provide expert advice on software licensing, cloud services procurement, and IT infrastructure acquisition.

• Develop and implement risk assessment, documentation, and governance processes across procurement and contracts.

What We Look For:

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex contracts and supplier relationships.

• Expertise in drafting and managing RFPs, vendor contracts, and SLA frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud services procurement, and IT infrastructure acquisition.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Proficient in aligning procurement frameworks with enterprise application development and architecture needs.

• Experience with risk assessment, documentation, and governance processes across procurement and contracts.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Certifications:

PMP, CPCM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
