Job Title: Team Lead for Credit Card Operations

Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our credit card operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 15–20 members, driving performance across productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 15–20 members to achieve high standards of performance by implementing effective strategies and providing regular coaching and support.
  • Drive team performance across productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Provide regular feedback and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Review and recommend improvements to processes to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs and address process gaps to ensure the team is equipped to perform at its best.
  • Monitor performance and conduct regular coaching sessions to provide feedback and guidance.
  • Handle floor support and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure achievement of individual contributor targets and maintain AHT levels as per targets across tenure buckets.
  • Utilize analytical software to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in handling international processes and team management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities to drive results.
  • Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts.
