Job Title: Data Integration Specialist

Role Description:

This is an experienced position requiring a skilled professional with strong expertise in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) design, development, and performance tuning. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining data mappings, workflows, and sessions.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS, with hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems. Strong troubleshooting skills are also required for job failures, connection issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support inflight projects and participate in Informatica upgrade projects, service restarts, and automation initiatives.
  • Work closely with technical teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensure high-quality deliverables, and meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Requirements:
  • 3–7 years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS.
  • Strong expertise in ETL design, development, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems.
  • Familiarity with file encryption/decryption tools and secure data transfer protocols.
  • Experience handling large-scale data (300GB DB, 350–400 files daily, 300+ interfaces).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for job failures, connection issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Informatica upgrades and migration projects.
  • Familiarity with legacy systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud integration (IICS, API integrations).

Nice To Have:

SAP BTP Integration suite experience.
