We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer who can bring clarity and intention to their work. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visuals that reflect the brand's essence and values.

  • Transform ideas into clear and intentional visuals rooted in strong design principles.
  • Develop and apply brand guidelines across all outputs.
  • Create motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Utilize AI as an assistant to create high-quality videos.
  • Design scalable, reusable assets that other teams can use independently.
  • Bring events and print materials to life, from trade show booths to offline experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, social media, advertising, and collateral.
  • Work with UX/UI designers on visual elements, mockups, and screens.
  • Create case studies that showcase product and engineering work.
  • Integrate GenAI into your workflow to improve speed and clarity without compromising craft.

Requirements:

  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
  • Ability to take abstract ideas and turn them into clear and usable designs.
  • Agility and speed when creating short-form content.
  • Effective communication skills to ask the right questions and challenge vague input.
