We are looking for a skilled Observability Solutions Architect to join our team. This long-term contract position involves collaborating with a global technology leader in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable observability platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments using AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda) and Synthetic Monitoring tools like Dynatrace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy secure, resilient synthetic monitoring platforms for hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Lead the adoption of Dynatrace APM tooling through standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Develop strategies for onboarding cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on synthetic monitoring.
  • Integrate observability tooling (Catchpoint, Dynatrace) to deliver unified insights.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom synthetic monitoring solutions where needed.
  • Contribute to open-source or internal observability tooling/standards for synthetic monitoring.
  • Drive documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices.
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.
  • Partner with security teams on compliance, threat detection, and governance related to monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools (Catchpoint, Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Primary Skills: AWS, Application Performance Monitoring, Synthetic Monitoring, Dynatrace.

Secondary Skills: Playwright Scripting
