Job Summary:

A highly experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation Consultant is required to lead full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of the platform.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in coordinating with development teams, documenting business requirements, and maintaining strong knowledge of MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development teams to provide insight into business user needs and resolve queries related to requirements
  • Document business requirements and obtain customer acceptance from technology and business teams
  • Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for test cases and scenarios
  • Maintain strong knowledge of MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules
  • Provide SSRS reporting services support and integrate applications with MS CRM
  • Familiarize yourself with Agile or Waterfall approaches depending on business requirements
  • Develop expertise in Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation
  • Become familiar with Power Platform, Power Apps, Flow, Power BI, and Common Data Model
  • Maintain MS CRM configuration knowledge and application integrations with MS CRM

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant
  • Experience in full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365
