Product Trainer - Wealth Products Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new Relationship Managers to become profit centers while ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and certifications required to serve HNIs and institutional clients effectively.

The trainer will deliver comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services tailored for HNI and institutional clientele. They will also provide continuous support and guidance to new RMs, helping them integrate smoothly into their roles.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of Relationship Managers.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure RMs achieve business objectives and become profitable.
  • Collaborating with management to track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans to drive results.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certifications in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), would be an asset.
